Standard domestic shipping is available across India. Expedited (Express) domestic shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹100 and is delivered within 2-4 business days after dispatch.

“Ready to ship” items ordered within business hours are dispatched the same day.

Custom and made-to-order items are excluded from Express shipping.

We work primarily with natural, handwoven textiles including pure cotton, silk, linen, and artisan-woven khadi. Refer to the product page to know more about the fabrics used in each garment.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning for silk, linen and tissue garments, or a gentle hand wash in cold water. Cotton garments can be machine washed at a low temperature. Avoid tumble drying and high heat while ironing to increase the longevity of the garments.

Yes, we offer exchanges. Request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with tags attached.

Exchanges are free if you received the wrong item or a damaged one; for other exchanges, a ₹150 return-shipping fee applies. Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible.

Yes. Just reach out within 3 days of delivery to start a return. The piece should come back unused and unwashed with its tags still on. Once it reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method, minus a ₹150 return shipping fee.

Custom and made-to-order pieces can't be refunded. If something arrived wrong or damaged, tell us and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
