Estimated delivery across India is 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

Cash on Delivery: Additional COD charges are calculated during checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges

All sales made through House Of Hamsa are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exchange requests are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged product received

  • Size exchange request

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

For damaged or incorrect products, customers must email INFO@HOUSEOFHAMSA.STORE with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs (if requested)

  • A continuous, clear, uncut unboxing video beginning before opening the parcel.

Claims submitted without the required unboxing video may be rejected.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and may attract additional shipping or handling charges.

8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.
